Edward Lavrov

Email: elavrov@hbuhsd.edu

Mr. Lavrov enjoys teaching the technological pathway including AP Computer Science A that Fountain Valley High School offers. After moving from Romania to Florida, New York, and Texas, he has settled in Orange County California, along with his wife, two boys and a dog. He has received a Bachelor’s of Science in Computer Science from California State University Fullerton, later pursuing and completing his MS in Education with an emphasis on Educational Technology. With his strong background in technology, having experience working for an internet startup, later switching to a small software company, he determined where his true interests lay: teaching others about technology. After teaching at other high schools throughout his career, he’s found his passion teaching students about programming and computers at FVHS, always being interested in up and coming technology advancements, and tinkering with technology in his free time.
